All furnaces for heat treatment are equipped with automatic temperature control, measuring & recording instruments like 1000* microscope, hardness testers etc. Bell type electric fired furnace with 2 base, for spheroids annealing normalizing. Our establishment is well equipped with various type of furnaces, high precision instruments like O2 Probes, PID controllers, Digital Temperature Controllers, Data Logger, etc. for smooth operation & optimum process control. We look after our plants and process equipments to keep them eveready in the best condition, and for this, regular planned preventive maintenance is done. Bell Type Furnace is be a versatile furnace suitable for black, bright and spherodized annealing of steel and non-ferrous strips, wires and general heat treatment processes upto 1100°c.
Box furnaces economical when treating large volumes of material per hour with exceptional uniformity and low maintenance. Widely used for a wide range of heat treating processes, such as carburizing, carbonitriding, clean hardening with gas combustible atmospheres.
